If you would like to delete your Groundmark account and associated data, please submit a request using the support email below. Include the email address connected to your Groundmark account so we can locate and process the request accurately.

Email Groundmark Support and clearly state that you are requesting account deletion. Please include your account email and, if applicable, your organization or team name.
What may be deleted
Once your request is verified and processed, we may delete account information associated with your Groundmark profile, including:
- ✓Account profile information linked to your login.
- ✓Field submissions, uploaded photos, notes, and activity data tied to your account.
- ✓Stored personal or organizational data associated with your account access.
Data retention
Some information may be retained temporarily when necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or operational requirements. Any retained data will be handled according to applicable policies and removed when no longer required.
Processing time
Deletion requests are typically reviewed and completed within 7 to 14 business days after we receive the necessary account information.
