If you would like to delete your Groundmark account and associated data, please submit a request using the support email below. Include the email address connected to your Groundmark account so we can locate and process the request accurately.

How to request deletion

Email Groundmark Support and clearly state that you are requesting account deletion. Please include your account email and, if applicable, your organization or team name.

Specific Data Deletion Requests If you would like specific information deleted instead of your full account, please change your email subject line from “Groundmark Account Deletion Request” to something more specific, such as “Groundmark Data Deletion Request.” In your email, clearly explain what data you would like removed and why you are requesting deletion so we can review and process the request accurately.

What may be deleted

Once your request is verified and processed, we may delete account information associated with your Groundmark profile, including:

  • ✓Account profile information linked to your login.
  • ✓Field submissions, uploaded photos, notes, and activity data tied to your account.
  • ✓Stored personal or organizational data associated with your account access.

Data retention

Some information may be retained temporarily when necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or operational requirements. Any retained data will be handled according to applicable policies and removed when no longer required.

Processing time

Deletion requests are typically reviewed and completed within 7 to 14 business days after we receive the necessary account information.
